S.C. Wisconsin | Like I have stated before I always enjoy your pictures. On my paternal grand mothers side they came from Norway and homesteaded in North Dakota and lived in a sod house and burned buffalo chips to keep warm in the winter. This is a picture of the sod house. The quality of the picture isn't that good. All I can say is those people were survivors.
