At the BEGINNING of his term is was obvious to anyone with their eyes open that Biden's mental capacity was already on its way out the door.
The DNC/MSM just did everything they could to hide it until they couldn't anymore. At which point they quickly went into damage control mode and tried to paint the picture that his mental decline just happened. Which was complete BS.
