Northern Alberta | The biggest reason they are wanting to sell now is of the 40% they can make on the dollar. A lot of those older people know they’ll be done going south in a few years anyway so now is the time to sell if they bought 10 to 15 years ago with the doller exchange now there’re Doubling or trippling their money.
I can guarantee you if the exchange was the other way around there would be a lot less talk of selling. | |
