Southeast Colorado | I said in my post above yours that "no way we're going back THERE". But I do think we're going to have to transition from the status quo. What you guys keep holding up as the perfect model is going to break us all about 25 to 50 years in the future. In 25 years we'll be spending over half of our total take on interest...........and that's only if interest stays low. After that..........it's Katie bar the door time! It'll snowball then. Why can't we all see that? It's just basic math. We are not going the right direction. | |
