NW TX Panhandle | Definitely something going on with 32%. Rail cars slow to deliver to the retailers. Retailers are allotted just a few loads a day, to pickup directly at the plants. Perhaps the fert producers are anticipating an opportunity to sell at much higher prices due to tariff problems? I don't have an answer, just know things have quickly gone screwy in the fert world. | |
