Subject: Sulfer on Soybeans

I have a small fertilizer spreader I would like to experiment with spreading sulfur on soybeans.
My soil tests say I do not need any, but wanted to try a few strips.

How mobile is sulfur in the soil?
How long does 90% sulfur take to break down to be available to the plant?
