Schlegel Farms, Hagerstown Indiana | North and South Dakota are my two favorite states I have visited....I love it up there.
I have never seen the landscape change like South Dakota did when we crossed the river ( Missouri River ?).....we went from farm country to the badlands from one side to the other.
A comment from my wife after about a fifteen-mile drive sums it up...... we were on the interstate, at 90mph, and had only seen a couple of other cars for miles, was: "Who owns all these cows"?
