That is not how it is working. We are producing 10 cents worth of soybeans and buying 3 cents worth from other countries. The deficit spending is something completely different that we are passing on to the future and it is pure political irresponsibility. It goes back to Tytler saying about a democracy only lasting so long, when you can vote yourself more money it will end.
