Nebraska aka the boondocks | I don’t disagree it’s too hard to defend a patent. An obvious change needs to be made. In essence, patents are for the big boys in practicality. As I said , it’s a specialized area, so joe blow has to look for a needle in a haystack to begin with. And yes, the cost is entry prohibitive! I am merely suggesting a basket of things I would do, that are already on the books, simply apply them to everyone. You want a clean planet? Check. You want fair labor ? Check. You want a level playing field in patent etal,? Check. I don’t really think it’s that hard, just a matter of doing it. But like all things, people become frustrated, and enter Donald Trump…. |
