Nebraska aka the boondocks | Are these the rules the communists play by? No, and that is the issue. In Ukraine you have one crazy group of communists who are actually waging war. In North Korea you have another lot, threatening war, your basic cavemen. And then in China, you essentially have a den of thieves, who, depending on the article you read steal $200-$600 billion a year in intellectual property alone, forget the other issues. Take the bottom number and divide by two, $100 billion a year. What that essentially means means is, you compete against your own technology, trademark or copyright. Communists are not good people, the phrase, “all things being equal” doesn’t apply. From my perspective, this is not about money, as most are squawking about, it is about an ideology of fairness and order.
As for Taiwan. This has nothing to do with them, China will invade them, it’s only a question of time, whether it’s tomorrow or in five years is largely irrelevant.
