SW WI | If this is the path we are going to take….I don’t ever want to see check off funds used for “trades missions”, again.
I don’t want to see Congress critters overseas, to talk about trade….it doesn’t matter now and you’re wasting taxpayer dollars.
It’ll be pretty easy for Trump to pin this all on Navarro, there’s always a scapegoat.
As said before, trade missions, that came about from our economic conditions of the 80’s have been bought and paid for and returned handsome dividends, to us…..but now throw that out the door.
What’s the plan? Government going to buy surplus cheese ( and everything else) to store in caves…..again?
Set aside acres? Dust off the PIK and roll playbook? I actually felt I did as well as the conditions allowed during the LDP days.
Self inflicted market wounds, here. I’m not talking about now, these last few days or coming growing season…..I’m talking long term.
It did NOT have to be this way.
