While I use ethanol E10 and E15 in our car and pickups (street vehicles), and it is cheaper per gallon, are you sure you can "save big $" net? We don't see it.
We use some E15 88 octane, and the mileage goes down with that blend. I think it amounts to about the same price per mile, whether it's non ethanol 87 octane, E10 87 octane, or E15 88 octane, but certainly not "saving big $".
