Collapsed is my phrase, as was many of the after the point of telling what went on, in my defense it was one of the three biggest moves in modern history to the down side in that short of a time frame.
my guess the phrase he most likely used was " Bond Rout"
but what ever you want to call it, the name used doesn't matter TRUMP STATED "THAT HE WAS WILLING TO EXCEPT A RECESSION BUT WAS UNWILLING TO EXCEPT A DEPRESSION "
