Across the corn belt depending on time of year
No activity on seed corn maggot. It was research I conducted my final two years at Cornell

We researchers plant squash with a low seeding rate of corn in the same field to bring in the rootworms to establish a population for experiments the following year. Works great. Not surprise you got burned with squash.
