Tillage has no impact on the survival of biocontrol nematodes. In fact, tillage redistributes them around the field to fill in any area where the population might be a little lower.

No data, but I assume NH3 would have a negative impact in the zone around the application knife on biocontrol nematodes. Biocontrol nematodes move 3 ft a year on their own and tillage moves them >100 yards so areas nuked with the NH3 application would be recolonized rather quickly
