absolutely, I have watched China thru the years of how they manipulate the terms of buying grain from the U.S., they always end up buying but you have to throw them a bone to get them to come to the table. I don't understand why all the administrations haven't tried to learn how to trade with them instead of threats, which mean nothing to China,
