Across the corn belt depending on time of year
The trait requirement is only for corn rootworm.

We actually have some trials out for wireworm on corn around Caldwell, Idaho. What is reported is that biocontrol nematodes attack the smaller wireworms and full effect takes about 2-3 growing seasons. This is from a single application.

Organic corn growers following a good rotation have a reduced risk from rootworm, but the grass based cover crops bring in wireworm.
