Here is a map of the Keystone pipeline. Doesn't look like it comes anywhere near Wisconsin or the St Paul MN refinery where most of our local gasoline comes from.News report says 3500 BARRELS spilled in 2 minutes before workers shut down the pipeline. That's a lot of crude flow. News report also said spill was caused by a bad weld at a bend in the pipe.
