Bingo puff.  I’ve kept quiet about this caused I pissed off a couple people on the last Walmart issue that have no idea of the demon they are feeding but you are correct . There is so much that could be said about this but it would be a book to type out, 68 and beanplanter has the idea tho.  Just for example this land had an offer of 60 k an acre for development. A lot of it on frontage is about $4 bucks a square foot ft. It’ll be interesting to see what the Walton’s beef procurement specialist comes up with to stock the place with. Glad some of you have the sense to see the truth of what’s coming.
