nc ks | I lived through mad cow over christmas back in the day. I know the risks. It could be anything. You don't even know yet if the market will be up or down when you sell. I'm just saying it is uncertain times and the cattle market is at unprecedented levels. You were the one losing it on here, I'm just saying there are risk management tools. Cover on the board with no relation to cash cattle if you want. I've been there before too. Every time I have bought an LRP policy, they paid me. That could skew my opinion of it. That could also be that every time I purchased it I perceived too much risk in the market, but based on my grain marketing I probably just got lucky.
