SW OH | That's 4 MM in diameter, and 10 MM long from the bottom of the head to the tip. Unless it's a flat head countersunk, then it's 10 MM total length. The big question is the thread pitch .7 or .5? The metric equivalents of course and fine thread. So the tap you need is either 4 x .7, or 4 x .5, unless Dewalt created something special.
