They must not have any JD Link capable machines? But the Rx files need to be in their organization. So you may need to share/upload them into their Files page. Not yours. Then they can send from their files page to their own equipment if it's capable of wireless.
The send to equipment list should be any machines that have an active MTG/modem in them. Or when they gave you permission maybe they didn't give you that part of the permissions?
