Pretty much notill. figured if we run the airdrill behind the combine, we could get at least half in the ground by Oct 15. Use ceral rye on corn ground.
Plant as soon as we can. Sometimes it gets into Nov. Had some that came up in march, this year.
I think I'd use wheat planting that late. I personally wouldn't drag that expensive air seeder for the job. I'd broadcast it plenty heavy enough, kill it in the spring and plant. |
