With the exception of China obviously and Canada on a substantially smaller scale (25% on US made cars). Only Countries i heard of coming to the table were places like Vietnam.
I think the pressure got to him, he caved, and doesn't want to admit it. Which is totally reasonable i wouldn't want to either, but at the end of the day there was substantial growing resentment within his own party not to mention a lot of his financial backers being put into a bad spot. He had to do something. He needs to chill out and do things reasonably, one country at a time instead of taking on everyone at once. | |
