| No you could not. Nobody comes to the table without cause. And if the only way to do it is under threat then that is what it takes. Otherwise all you get is shoulder shrugs. If other countries want access to the largest consumer market in the universe maybe they should play by the rules set by the largest consumer market in the universe. Those countries’s leaders can moan and groan all they want but they know in the end, if they want to continue their prosperity, our demands will need to be met. | |
