| I rarely use Pay Pal, but I think that it gives you two options when sending money:
Friends and Family, or Business ( or something like that )
The seller will get the whole amount when you send it by Friends and Family, but you have zero chance of getting a refund from a deal gone wrong/scammer.
When sending it as Business, the seller has to pay a fee, but you will have protection to get a refund if the deal is a scam.
A scammer will beg and plead to get you to send it by Friends and Family so they get the whole amount and you have no rights to correct a deal gone wrong. | |
