Saginaw Bay Area - Michigan | PayPal should enable you to get a better chance at a refund and it should protect your credit card. If you paid directly with your credit card, they would have the info and could scam it; using PayPal negates that option for them.
You normally can pay using PayPal without having an account with them and it's not that hard to set up an account with them and use your credit card as the funding source.
Don't know about the site, but looking at it briefly, they show a MN address and it looks pretty "complete" for it to be a scam site. They also appear to take any major credit card.
