VIGGLO appears to be a etsy type page selling others creations. i found a gift on it i'd like to order for my wife from the kids for mothers day but have never heard of it and cannot find the same or similar enough gift elsewhere. 

i'm not in the loop on these type of sites so it may be the number 2 site in the whole world for it or may be a complete scam site? idk. 

they take pay pal. so from my understanding the worst case scenario i'd be out my money if we could never track it down? I don't have a pay pal but my wife does so i'm not completly in the loop on it either. is that correct that pay pal is supposedly harder to hack if i used hers to buy it?
