| mac4440 - 4/8/2025 07:36 Why should a nurse or receptionist have to use their personal phone to call a patient? 99% sure they would be calling from an office. I sometimes get calls from a business which shows a number other than their main line and it doesn't tell who is calling.
My daughter is head nurse for a semi-private practice, she uses her cell most of the time. I think she dials in somehow (one time each day) and all the calls showup as "health care" or similar. She works from home 2-3 days a week, scheduling, giving test results, prescriptions etc. she only goes in on days they have patients in their office. Her DR. does hospital stuff 2-3 days, clinic stuff 2 days. My daughter only handles their office, nothing in hospital.
But she has "connections" knows everybody else who schedules, and can get us through much of the BS red tape concerning getting appointments with specialists. |
