Sometimes the best choice is to not argue with someone and let the insurance deal with it. I work in a fairly populated, non farm property ownership area and there are times it can get crazy what you get blamed for.
Top prize for me at the Coop. Homeowner walks in says we killed 30 year old oak tree completely 2 days after spraying Harness Extra and 32%. We always sprayed around his property with wind blowing away because of all the grief he gave and farmer put in a 20’ grass buffer, it was showing zero signs of any drift. His initial estimate was 30k would do.
