Excellent advice...and thanks for posting.

Got mine in February. The prep is NOT all that bad. The surgeon found a pre-cancerous polyp and got it all.

My last colonoscopy was 12 years ago; next one is in 5 years. The last one was all clear. These things sneak up on you.
