 SESD | I would have a hard time doing what some of the suggestions are, which would be to have everything done for free up to this point. I've never had a cavity, so if I went in to fix a tooth that had a problem and find out that a perfectly good tooth has been permanently damaged and may need multiple procedures going forward, I'd be pretty upset. I would for sure want some kind of settlement outside of the free work as well. This isn't something that's going to just heal or go away with time. This is something that is going to cause permanent damage to something that was perfectly fine. | |
