| I'm with you on hoping for an end goal closer to actual free trade than what we started with. Yes, there was room for improvement. Many are hoping for this outcome.
Not all are, some actually want the protectionist policy as permanent policy, like Peter Navarro. I've been trying to post to articulate why permanent broad tariff policy is worse than the status quo was.
We are closer on this issue than we are apart. I fully agree the fiscal deficit a big concern. | |
