Southeast Colorado | Don't forget that this is a 480 Volt three phase line at an irrigation pivot. They tend to boost the voltage a little too high around here. We have a 120 volt transformer in our pivot panel to reduce it down from the "supposed" 480 volts. But when you start at 500...........it's hard to get it down all the way to 120.
I know what you're talking about with a typical 240 volt house type service. But this ain't it! | |
