Pretty much same deal here but mom passed away in December.

Keep passwords, account info wrote down somewhere.

Easier to transfer non divisible hard assets when still alive, such as real estate, vehicles.... plus you can decide who gets what.

Have a friend in the toy business that passed away in augurst at 82. Didn't have much left. Spent last 10 years going to shows having fun and selling off his stuff himself. Think I'll start that myself once I hit 65
