nw oh | I think he means budget deficits. But could be wrong. I am seeing all the time from media, to posters here, to our president, etc. The USA has a debt problem, a budget deficit problem, and a debatable trade deficit problem, also I think a growth problem.
Budget deficit would be first in my mind, needs less spending and more income. One side apparently is completely against attacking this one. The other side will not pass anything that adds income in the short term actually prefers passing something to lower income short term.
