Times like this is where I’m thankful most of my beef is sold by the lb hanging. Everyone says I’m too cheap at 3.75, but most of my long term customers grasp that I’m not gouging them now, but I’m also not going to drop the price much in the future. Marketing is honestly my biggest fear with expanding, but I keep thinking I’ll hit a ceiling with how many I can sell for freezer beef, and I haven’t yet. | |
