My Mom had a 30 to 40 ft Blue Spruce tree fall against her house in a big wind a month or so ago. The guy she called in cut it down and into pieces and hauled it away for $2500. He had his wife and another guy helping. Looked like they made pretty good money for a day's work. They had a smaller bucket truck/pickup and a skid steer along with a couple of good sized chain saws and a dump trailer.
