 Pittsburg, Kansas | Before I quit eating bread and losing 100 pounds I probably wouldn't have been able to run 50 feet. Six years later now at 71 today, I can at least sprint a few 100 yard dashes.
Cutting out most of the carbs did it. Including hamburger buns.
On a two week river cruise in Europe starting today. Will have to make some exceptions in diet for the duration. Will relax the restrictions slightly. Will still avoid major concessions. But will be right back on course when we get home.
