| No has not been dry at all. The cement is from the old line this 30" is replacing. They dug through the old line to put the new in the exact same spot but deeper and that's what you're seeing. Those pieces are littered all along the line. There are also holes like this all along the tile. So far I've found at least 20 holes, some larger, some smaller and I've only walked maybe a little over a third of the tile line to look for issues.
As far as documentation goes I have pictures from week one as well as all my texts with the contractor and engineer voicing concerns and highlighting issues as they arose and I know other landowners do as well. | |
