Thumb of Michigan | With size of the estate, you're referring too, I'm still trying to wrap my head around the need for an estate planning attorney.
Number 4 is excellent advice.
Number 5 should've been on the family radar, with questions/discussions, from both your sister and you and your mom. In the past, I've even paid for my in-laws estate planning docs, just to remove the 'it costs too much' excuse. | |
