| 30" concrete pipe most likely has lifting holes did they plug them (most times it is done with dixey cup filled with cement with a wrap of mastic around it, must of the joints should have had a Gasketed seal at the joint, then covered with cloth. I owuld get somebody with a minny excavator (less than a 85jd or like kind size) digg up right a hole and see what you got. | |
