No, it says that Harris was an awful candidate that had been part of the awful Biden Administration and the voters didn't like the direction that the Democratic party was taking the country. So much that they held their collective nose and voted for the "person 34 count convicted felon".
Anyone that thinks Harris was a moral person full of integrity that rose to her position based solely on her own merit is only fooling themselves. There are some D's (some, not a lot) that could have claimed the moral high ground and being better qualified over Trump, Harris is not one of them.
