I won’t fertilize pasture until weeds are under control, spray first year. Other wise you just have bigger weeds.
Broom-sage, redgrass is taking over my area on places I know have had zero fertility added over last several years. Broomsage seems to be less along gravel roads which leads me to believe it’s a lime issue.
