Problem with that theory is the Billionaire's 40% they have left over can still buy everyone else's "wealth" for pennies on the dollar. Then rent it back to you at an outrageous price like a king or duke in the old country.
One thing I’ve learned from very rich people, they never forget how they made it in the first place.
