S Illinois | Please find better data. First OpenVaers.com has only been around since 2021. This means that the data they are presenting prior to 2021 is taken from VAERS, the government reporting site not their own. With a referral system from websites that push people in a biased way people to report things they don't understand, extreme error is introduced.
I can draw the conclusion that this graph is useless and is only to push an agenda. Poor data in means poor data out.
