| no, you will have to shift them, even with the sf3 signal...
I work often with JD with iported fields and ABs from Trimble RTK, and they do not match... there is no difference if you use SF1 or SF3 signal...
I use that JD usualy for tillage so it is not realy matter if you have to shift, but last year I had some problems with my planting tractor on Trimble so I had to plant (drill) with that JD and started on SF1 with the same question like you ask, and after realized they did not match switched to SF3 assuming they will match, but they did not....
direction usualy matches (except curves) but you have to shift left or right...
