I thought the republicans wanted protectionism? Trump is making less free trade and to off set that will take more protectionism from the government. SA took market share the last go around, they will again either way. Set 8 million acres aside for an average of $500/ac is 4 billion, that will be a lot cheaper than the bailout they will be doing otherwise.
