I’ve had one since last fall I’ve been using quite a bit. It’s hydraulic so no help on the cable. I almost prefer the pony start. Easier to get it going when it’s cold out and don’t have to worry about batteries going dead if it sits for awhile. Check make sure there’s oil in the diesel before you start it but it has to be running to check the oil level. I got an operators manual from Jensales downloaded and printed it off. It tells you how to check and adjust brakes and clutches and much more. Well worth the money imo.
