Clark, SD | Not sure what is all required for MN, but the first step is contact the FSA office and have them to an AD1026 which is a wetland determination, sometimes they take up to a year to be completed, not sure what current timelines are, I usually have them done right away when I buy land. Im in SD, so after that process I'm 100% good to go tiling other than calling and having locates done, no permits or anything needed as long as you stay away from wetlands if there are any on the wetland determination. | |
